“I would rate this hotel 5 stars but the pool was closed for 3 days during our stay, I understand this is sometimes out of hand due to water works in the Benidorm area, However a notice would have been nice. Other than that everything else including the room was perfect, well maintained, looks newly renovated. The breakfast coffees were lovely and the food was good. Will stay here again when I’m Back.”

“Room was great. Separate toilet and shower and a prep/dressing area. Balcony on side of hotel with good view of the sea and morning to mid day sunshine. Food was excellent with a good variety of freshly prepared food. Would stay again”

“Very squeaky beds , not enough pillows, bed only made once in a 4 day stay. Room still not available at 4pm when check in was supposed to start. ”

“The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we required. The breakfast included was a large selection, there was plenty to choose from. The outdoor pool area was kept tidy. We couldn’t fault the hotel and would recommend it!”

“Este hotel una muy mala experiencia no tiene aire acondicionado, me dieron un ventilador para 2 noches, traté de hacer una cancelación y no me quisieron devolver nada, la intalacion antigua, el staff con una actitud horrible, la áreas comunes con un calor insoportable, son cerradas y sin aire acondicionado , la habitación sucia, se escucha todo los ruidos de la habitación vecina, los colchones incómodos lo único que tiene bonito es la vista a la playa ”

“Prima 3 sterren hotel. De verzorging is goed, medewerkers, veel in aantal, zeer vriendelijk. Er hangt een ongedwongen en vrolijke sfeer. De zogenaamde confor kamers zijn ook echt comfortabel en modern ingericht. Het publiek is internationaal. Ligging behoorlijk centraal. Je loop zo naar het strand en het centrum. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. ”

“The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.”

“The hotel is very outdated. The rooms smell of cigarettes even though the room was non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was very slow. Hard to find a table to eat at as it's always full”
